By default Fullview stores your session replays for 30 days, except the shared replays which are stored for 6 months. We took this measure because we believe that if a replay was shared it is of interest to you for a longer period of time and will get back to it.

At the end of the retention period, all your customers' sessions are automatically deleted.

Fullview also offers the option to extend the data retention policy to a longer period of time such as 3, 6, or 12 months. If you'd like to discuss an extended data retention add-on please reach out to us at support@fullview.io or via our chat.
