Answer: There are 3 major components that compose the technical solution.

  1. Fullview SDK → collects data for every session and offers webRTC capabilities.

  2. Fullview Dashboard → displays session information, instant context for the support agent and webRTC capabilities.

  3. Fullview API → data processor and intermediator for the communication between the 2 clients. All the processing is done in our backend so the SDK is light enough to make low to no impact on the performance of the website where it resides.
