Answer: At this point, the only data that Fullview collects about your customers is:

  • Display name - that the end user types in when the call popup is displayed on their side

  • Metadata - Browser, OS, IP, User Journey (links and actions the end user made on your webapp)

All this data is stored in our infrastructure: AWS (Frankfurt datacenter). More info about the way we store data can be found here.

None of this data is shared with any other company. The only reason why the data is collected is for giving your customer support team a precise context into your end customer’s setup.

The data is not deleted from our system, unless you specifically choose to delete your workspace and stop using Fullview (this will be a manual action for the time being)

Upon request we also offer a DPA that can be signed from both sides.
