This article explains how billing is handled for existing Fullview customers and what actions require assistance from our internal team.

Managing Your Billing Details

At this time, changes to billing information are handled directly by the Fullview team.

Please contact us if you need to:

  • Update the credit card on file

  • Upgrade your plan

  • Downgrade your plan

  • Make any other changes to your subscription or billing setup

For security and account integrity reasons, these actions cannot be completed directly within the product.

Usage History & Billing Questions

If you need detailed information about:

  • Historical usage

  • Billing statements or charges

  • Invoices or payment questions

Please reach out to Fullview support, and we’ll provide the information you need.

AI Agent Usage

You don’t need to contact us to view current AI agent usage.

You can always check:

  • AI agent usage metrics in the Insights tab inside your Fullview account

This data is available in-product and updates automatically.
