Fullview AI is designed to feel like an extension of your team — knowledgeable, helpful, and aligned with your brand voice. Two key tools make this possible: the System Prompt and Personality Settings. Together, they give you more control over what the AI says and how it says it.

Add Context and Instructions with the System Prompt

The System Prompt is the foundational instruction set that help how Fullview AI understands your product and responds to users. Think of it as the basic “operating instructions” for your AI assistant.

You can use the System Prompt to:

  • Provide background on what your product or service does

  • Explain your company’s mission, values, or support philosophy

  • Give high-level instructions about how the AI should answer questions

If your product uses industry-specific language, you may want to also use the Glossary feature for this. You can use Personality settings if your brand has a unique tone of communication, or requires nuanced explanations. A clear and informative System Prompt helps Fullview AI respond more accurately and contextually.

  • Keep it concise and impactful — the System Prompt supports up to 1500 characters.

  • Focus on what matters most: how you want the AI to represent your brand and support your users.

While the System Prompt controls the substance of your AI’s responses, the Personality Settings control the style. These settings make it easy to quickly adjust how the AI speaks — from warm and conversational to direct and concise — depending on your brand voice and customer expectations.

  • Direct: Ideal if you want clear, no-nonsense responses without extra fluff.
