Fullview AI Support Agent: Visual Guidance & Autonomous Mode

Welcome to the Fullview’s new AI agent! This guide walks you through how our new AI Support Agent works—especially its Visual Guidance and Autonomous Mode features—so you can make the most out of this powerful tool.

What is the Fullview AI Agent?

The Fullview AI Agent is designed to provide smart, proactive support for web apps. It's not a chatbot—it can actually see the user's screen, guide them visually, and even take action on their behalf depending on the level of autonomy you choose to enable.

How to initiate the AI agent behind keyboard hotkey

  • Open your product in a new tab (after Fullview script is installed)

  • Press Control + Shift + A + I (Mac)

    OR

    Ctrl + Shift + A + I (Windows)

  • Now Fullview's chat widget should be loaded in the bottom left of your screen

    If it's not loading, please reach out to Fullview's team to enable the AI assistant for your org.

  • Click on it to open the chat interface

  • Submit your request to Fullview's AI assistant

  • Have fun 😊

🔮 Visual Guidance: A No-Human CoBrowsing Experience

When Visual Guidance is enabled, the AI Agent can:

  • Draw and annotate on the customer's screen

  • Show users exactly what to click on

  • Guide them through flows like a traditional cobrowsing session

Unlike standard cobrowsing tools, no human agent is involved. It’s just the AI helping your customer solve the issue in real-time.

🚀 Autonomous Mode: Let AI Do the Work

With Autonomous Mode enabled, the AI Agent can:

  • Click buttons and interface elements

  • Scroll through pages

  • Type into form fields

This mode transforms the AI into a self-driving support agent, capable of solving problems for customers without human involvement.

Safety first: We are rolling out extensive safety guardrails to prevent clicks on sensitive areas and avoid any unintended actions. You can also disable Autonomous Mode at any time to revert to Visual Guidance-only.

To help you maintain control and quality, the AI Agent includes powerful training and QA tools:

  • AI Library: Stores all customer interactions

  • Search & filter by topic, session, or issue to review AI interactions

  • Replay sessions to understand customer journeys
