The Fullview AI Agent is designed to provide smart, proactive support for web apps. It's not a chatbot—it can actually see the user's screen, guide them visually, and even take action on their behalf depending on the level of autonomy you choose to enable.

Press Control + Shift + A + I (Mac)

Now Fullview's chat widget should be loaded in the bottom left of your screen

Show users exactly what to click on
Guide them through flows like a traditional cobrowsing session
Unlike standard cobrowsing tools, no human agent is involved. It’s just the AI helping your customer solve the issue in real-time.

Safety first: We are rolling out extensive safety guardrails to prevent clicks on sensitive areas and avoid any unintended actions. You can also disable Autonomous Mode at any time to revert to Visual Guidance-only.
